Michael has a background in government and international relations, with experience in strategic planning, program governance, change management, stakeholder engagement, analysis and cost estimation.

As a Senior Advisor with Aestra, he has extensive experience designing governance arrangements and developing strategic roadmaps to deliver on-ground capability. Michael also has experience leading stakeholder engagement and international liaison on high-priority capability development programs, and distilling key insights from data to deliver evidence-based strategic advice.
