Zyarna is a Policy Advisor and Executive Officer at Aestra and is skilled in research, policy and report development, and project management. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and is currently completing a Master’s in International Law and Diplomacy from the Australian National University.

Zyarna supports the development of evidence-based policy and is passionate about advocating for diverse perspectives in policy-making. She has experience advising government on how Indigenous perspectives can enhance diplomatic relations, particularly in the context of climate change responses in the Pacific region. Her skills and experience support Aestra’s policy projects to be both innovative and impactful.
